A new design, a new processor, and the slimmest display in the history of APPLE iMac. This is an iMac unlike any other iMac we’ve seen before, and it all comes down to the M1 chip. Sure, there are some other differences between this 24-inch iMac and the 21.5-inch model from 2019 that it’s replacing. There are better microphones and better speakers. There are fewer ports, and some of them have moved around. The screen is bigger and better. The keyboard now has TouchID. But the M1 is the star of the show.

After the excellent response from the M1 MACBOOK AIR, this is the APPLe's new beast with not just the performance increase and not just the fact that you can run IOS and IPadOS apps natively on the system, not just the advanced and new image signal processor, which helps to create better low light images than ever seen from the integrated webcam.

Now talking about the cost of the iMac well it comes in three basic variants and with four colors (Blue, Green, Pink, Silver) options for the basic variant and the addition of three (Yellow, Orange, Purple) colors for upper variants. It starts from $1299.00 for the base variant and goes up to $1699 for the higher model.

These are the three models offered by Apple more on that you can configure the storage to 1Tb or 2TB, memory is also configurable to 16 Gb.
The display is a 24-inch 4.5K Retina display with 4480-by-2520 resolution at 218 pixels per inch with support to 1 billion colors. on the top of the display is a 1080p Facetime HD camera with an M1 image signal processor. Audio is not the top quality because of the slimy design but not a bad one for such a slim machine.

A reason for the slim design of the iMac is that all the main chipset and the tech structure are on the bottom of the iMac, M1 processor, speakers, memory, headphones jack on the bottom side, etc.

Even though it's not the best iMac from the specs point of view for example for the most basic model after attaching MagicKeyboard and mouse you are left with no single ports, I mean what the hell?
