WHAT YOU COULD EXPECT FROM 14-INCH AND 16-INCH MACBOOK PROS?

The transition of M1 chips from Macbook Air to iMacs and Ipad Pro happened recently. Now it is coming to Macbook Pros. In November 2020 we saw the M1 Macbook Pro 13-inch but we didn't saw any changes back then. That's going to change in 2021, with rumors saying that the new Apple Macbook Pro will come with a fresh new design and with M1 chips.

This time Macbook Pro is coming in two sizes/models, but the more interesting thing is that we will happen to see the most significant design overhaul to Macbook Pro since 2016. Apple has updated both models, the 14-inch model will replace the existing 13.3-inch, the overall size will be the same but the bezels would be reduced to compensate and the 16-inch model will replace the existing 16-inch one.

Talking about heat solutions Apple is going to use the same heat pipe design, currently being used by the 16-inch Macbook Pro. By revamping the size of the normal pipe system, Apple increased the size of the heat pipe, increasing the size of the heat sink by 35%, and adding thermal pads. A new thermal system will allow excess heat flow and increase the computer power that will be advantageous for the Apple Silicon Chips.

Apple is planning to introduce two new chips codenamed Jade C-Chop and Jade C-die. Both these chips will have eight high-performance cores and two energy-efficient cores for a total of 10 but will be offered in either 16 or 32 graphics core variations. Such a high-performance chip makes a lot easier for more complex jobs like rendering, 3D modeling, while the energy-efficient cores operate at a lower speed for battery saving. This new M1 is slightly different from the previous chip which has four performance and four energy-efficient chips and eight graphic cores. It is also heard that the chip in the 14-inch model would be called M1X and in 16-inch it would be M2 which supposedly ba fast. Some rumors state that Apple will launch 20 cores Apple Silicon processor for its 2021 macs which would be dramatically fast. Along with a 64 GB of memory versus the maximum of 16 on the M1. Also will improve Neural Engine

As for the Display, it is rumored that the transition would be a mini LED display from the LCD displays from previous generations since 2012, but this will be a game-changer with higher contrast ratio and high brightness. Still, it is unclear that Apple will change the chassis or trim the bezels for the smaller model. 

MACBOOK PRICE AND SPECS

The price of the Macbook 14-inch could starts from either $1,299 or with an increase of $200 or $300 cause it all depends on whether the 13-inch model will continue or not if it is then we will see an increase in price otherwise not. Another thing that is rumored is that this time Macbook will come with no OLED touch bar. Apple will increase the USB-C ports in the MacBook Pro 1 2021 with the profit of the MagSafe. This thick wire cord, dropped when the 2016 MacBook Pro 1 got onto another line to USB-C for putting payment through, snaps off when a bit of tight is made a request, because it makes connection primarily because of things having an attraction for iron, not because of a port-head being deeply seated in the place to come and go through point. HDMI is reportedly coming back as well. So possibly it is the end of the USB-C thing making adjustment time? We shall see.

It is expected to come in the third quarter, some rumors suggest that in the middle of 2021 they'll see Macbook but let's see when we'll actually happen to see it in the market.
