SAMSUNG GALAXY NOTE 21 : PRICE, SPECS, RELEASE DATE

 

Why it could be canceled? And Samsung is hinting towards a weapon.

It is unclear that either we'll be able to see Note phones this year or not or it will be postponed until next year due to chip shortages or it may be canceled due to the focus is transferring to foldable phones by every tech company. As the company's own CEO has said that the next Note phone could be canceled.

There is not much to be heard about the Galaxy Note 21 because the company has said that there is no Note phone till 2022. What can we expect from the new phone? Sure it will come with a stylus pen since it is the main selling point of the range. There will also be multiple models joining the standard model. Well, it is still heard that the US will get the Qualcomm chipset and other regions will get the top Exynos chipset.

If the above is wrong and Samsung sticks to its traditional schedules, we should expect the Galaxy Note 21 sometime in August 2021. It will probably take place alongside a Galaxy Fold 3 or a Z Flip 3/Z Flip Lite announcement. If it happens so that the Note launch is pushed further, letting the Fold Z3 take the August limelight, then the next Note might land in January of 2022, alongside the Galaxy S22 series. As far as the price tag is concerned, we are likely looking at another possible $1,000+ starting price for the Note 21, which could make it a tough sell considering that foldable are only going to get more affordable with time.

Speaking of the design, no surprises are expected. The design language of the Note series has peaked a long time ago and Samsung is generally keeping true to that mantra. A mostly glass exterior is expected, and we assume Samsung will stick to the frosted glass finish it introduced with the Galaxy Note 20 Ultra, along with some metal design elements.

Samsung has been reportedly working on bringing under-display cameras for a while, but concerns about the image quality have held back on the innovation. Remember, having a camera under a display means that less light is able to hit the selfie sensor directly, which is undesirable and could lead to inferior image results.

As for the camera, we all know that flagship devices have top-notch cameras we all know that the Galaxy 21 has the most astonishing camera till, but we are expecting to see a new camera setup, consisting of an ultra-wide-angle, main camera along with a telephoto camera.

Concluding from the leaks we could see the same triple-camera setup as in the previous model Samsung Galaxy Note 20, with a 108 MP sensor with 100x Hybrid Zoom, with a 3x telephoto camera for portraits. There will be an ultra-wide camera as well on the back.

CONNECTIVITY

As far the connectivity is concerned of course we will see 5G out of the box because it's the new norm of connectivity and hopefully all phones coming this year will have these features and like Galaxy S21 we will se both mmWave and Sub-6Ghz standards.

For the color options it is unpredictable to say what color options we'll see or even we won't see cause it is still unclear whether it will be launched or not.
